To avoid gaps in service, Computer Systems Plus offers two service contract options.
Retainer — A prepaid block of time providing labor for all IT support. Retainers have a guaranteed response time, access to after-hours support, and a reduced hourly rate.
Managed IT — A contract to cover comprehensive IT needs, including an option for hardware as a month-to-month cost. Managed IT offers a guaranteed response time, access to after-hours support, and a reduced hourly rate.
